Eddie brings more than 39 years of electric utility power generation, operation and maintenance experience to Colectric Partners. 

At Colectric, Eddie is the Vice President of Operations and Maintenance and is responsible for the operation and maintenance initiatives for the member utilities.  In this role, he plans and facilitates quarterly O&M meetings, manages the combustion turbine spare parts programs (CT-SPIN) for the GE 7EA (7 units) & FAs (13 units) including scheduling of outage to minimize parts required in inventory. He is also responsible for other initiatives in the O&M area that will reduce cost and improve reliability for the member’s facilities.

Prior to joining Colectric, he was employed by JEA for 30 years.

Management positions included Outage Manager, Project Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Manager of O&M for JEA’s Combustion Turbines. He has significant experience with the technical and management aspects of steam turbine generator and combustion turbine maintenance and operation. Previous assignments included hands on plant operations, and plant maintenance.

Eddie's involvement with the CTOTF™ spans over 25 years having previously served as the Vice Chair and Chair of the CTOTF™’s Legacy Units Roundtable and in 2008 Eddie accepted the role as the CTOTF™'s Executive Vice Chair of Combustion Turbine Users Rountables.

Position Objective: To provide leadership and strategic direction by creating and administering organizational and Roundtable support programs that promote growth and stability to the CTOTF™ organization and provide incremental value to the User community.

Position:Duties and Responsibilities

These Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) Combustion Turbine Users Roundtables are provided for CTOTF™ Member Users, to exchange information towards resolving problems, issues and concerns, pertaining to the Alstom, GE, Mitsubishi, Prattt & Whitney, Siemens and Solar fleet's of combustion turbines.
