Craig is currently employed by NAES Corporation and is currently working as the Maintenance Manager for Guadalupe Power Partners.  He has held positions as a Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager. Craig has 22 years of experience in coal and combustion turbine power plants utilizing Siemens and GE frame technology in both IPP and thermal host capacities. 

Prior to NAES Corporation he was employed by Celanese Chemical and served in roles including Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Leadership, Quality Assurance Leadership, and analytical instrumentation/process control research and development.

He is actively involved in NERC compliance in the industry and has been involved with plants in the SPP and TRE/ERCOT regions.

Other areas of interest include human performance, error prevention, and reliability program development.

Craig has served the CTOTF™ as Vice Chair Regulatory & Compliance (NERC) Roundtable since the Fall of 2009 and in 2011 accepted the role as Vice Chair of the Generator Roundtable.

Position Objective:  To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Gen-EI&C (Generator) Roundtable and to assist the Gen-EI&C Roundtable Chair in planning and conducting the Gen-EI&C Roundtables.

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information regarding issues and concerns, associated with Electric Generators.

Discussion topics for this Roundtable include: AVRs and Controls, Relays and Protection Systems, Exciter Systems, Hydrogen Systems and the Performance and Testing of these systems.
