William (A.K.A. "Bill") O’Brien was appointed Entegra’s Vice President, Engineering and Operations in July of 2009.
In this role, he is responsible for plant operations and maintenance of the Union and Gila River facilities including engineering, plant performance, long-term maintenance, and environmental compliance.
Bill joined Entegra Power Group in June of 2005 as Plant Manager for the Union Power Project. Before joining Entegra, he enjoyed a progressive management career of over 30 years leading TECO Energy, Inc. organizations through construction, start-up, operations and business growth in regulated and unregulated power industries. Prior to his retirement in May 2005, he served as Vice President/General Manager Operations for TECO’s wholesale generation fleet with the responsibility for the operations and asset management of nine non-regulated power generation facilities located throughout the US.
He earned technical certification in instrument and control systems and continued his education in electronic engineering over the course of 11 years while working full-time within the power industry.
Bill has been an active participant in the CTOTF™ for over 15 years. He has served as Vice Chair of the O&M and Business Practices Roundtable, and in the fall of 2011 accepted the responsibilities as Chair for the Roundtable.

Dariusz joined NV Energy in 2006 after 14 years with Destec Energy Inc. and Dynegy Generation in various engineering, construction, commissioning-support, and management positions.
He was plant engineer at Cogen Lyondell, plant maintenance supervisor/engineer at Rockingham Power Plant, and plant manager of the Riverside, Foothills, Bluegrass, and Rolling Hills facilities.
His first assignment at NV Energy was as plant director for the Clark/Sunrise.
Dariusz has been serving the CTOTF™’s since the fall of 2010 as the Vice Chair for the O&M and Business Practices Roundtable.
