Currently with the Tennessee Valley Authority, Bob has more than 35 years of experience in the electric power industry with a career that spans both traditional regulated utilities and independent power producers.

His background includes construction and operation of multiple electrical generation technologies and power deliver systems as well as business development and strategic business planning strategies that have proactively responded to the many changes in the power industry.

His involvement with the CTOTF™ spans over 20 years having served as the GE Roundtable Chair and now serving as the Chair of CTOTF™ since 2008.

Borsch is a three-decade veteran of the electric power industry, serving as an engineer, maintenance manager, and plant manager.

Before joining CEM, he was engineering manager for RRI Energy, with responsibility for major maintenance, upgrades, and engineering changes to generation assets in California, Nevada, Texas, Illinois, Mississippi, and Florida.

Jack's active involvement with the CTOTF™ encompasses more than 20 years, having served as Chairman of the Siemens Roundtables and too as the Chair of the Industry Issues Roundtable. He accepted his current role as the Executive Vice Chair for the Power Systems' Roundtables in the Fall of 2009.

Eddie Mims

Eddie H. Mims

Eddie brings more than 39 years of electric utility power generation, operation and maintenance experience to Colectric Partners.

At Colectric, Eddie is the Vice President of Operations and Maintenance and is responsible for the operation and maintenance initiatives for the member utilities. In this role, he plans and facilitates quarterly O&M meetings, manages the combustion turbine spare parts programs (CT-SPIN) for the GE 7EA (7 units) & FAs (13 units) including scheduling of outage to minimize parts required in inventory. He is also responsible for other initiatives in the O&M area that will reduce cost and improve reliability for the member’s facilities.

Prior to joining Colectric, he was employed by JEA for 30 years. Management positions included Outage Manager, Project Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Manager of O&M for JEA’s Combustion Turbines.

He has significant experience with the technical and management aspects of steam turbine generator and combustion turbine maintenance and operation. Previous assignments included hands on plant operations, and plant maintenance.

His involvement with the CTOTF™ spans over 25 years having previously served as Vice Chair and Chair of the CTOTF™'s Legacy Units Roundtable. Eddie accepted his current position as the Executive Vice Chair for the Turbines' Roundtables in the Fall of 2009.

Ray deBerge

With over 25 years of electric power industry experience, Ray currently serves as Superintendent, Technical Support & Operations, Gas Turbine & Renewables Department for Ameren Missouri, a St. Louis, MO based electric and gas utility.

In this role, He and his staff provide engineering and operational support to 15 plant locations throughout Missouri and Illinois, representing over 3100 Megawatts of peaking generation.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science, Energy Technology from Edison State, with a minor degree in Electric Power Technology as well as technical diplomas in Electronic Design and Electrical Mechanics. Prior to his current technical assignment, he served in various operational, technical, and management roles including Plant Management, Substation Construction and Maintenance management, and providing technical support in the protective relaying and control system arena.

Ray has previously served the CTOTF™ as Chair of the Pratt & Whitney Roundtable and as Vice Chair of the Industry Issues Roundtable. He assumed the responsibilities of the Executive Vice Chairman for Program/Training Administration in the Spring of 2009. Ray is also currently serving as the Chair of the Solar Roundtable.

In addition to a fully engaged work schedule, Ray enjoys photography, woodworking, motorcycle touring, and sightseeing with wife Jeanie in his spare time. Ray has three children, and a grandchild.
