Charles, who goes by Ed, has been solving equipment problems since graduation from the Maine Maritime Academy in the mid 1960s. His career spans five decades as a marine engineer, career Naval Aviator-aircraft maintenance officer and in a variety of utility and IPP power plants throughout the Americas.
As Director of Engineering Services for NAEALLC, Ed provides operations and engineering support to two combined cycle power plants; a mixture of nine simple cycle CTs and several small hydro stations.
Ed has served as chair of the Alstom Roundtable for over 10 years and has also served in several other CTOTF™ leadership roles over the past 20+ years.
On a personal note, he has a new grandson and is recognized as a geography expert.
